800 year old house available immediately for rental. Come stay with us and enjoy all that Salzburg and the surrounding lakes and mountains have to offer. Join us in the summer for the Salzburg Music Festivals and hiking or visit us this winter for world class skiing and adventures. We offer the rental of the entire house up to 13 bedrooms sleeping approximately 20 or you can rent only as many rooms as you need.
The third floor is a renovated flat within the house that offers 2 large bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and toilet. Flat sleeps up to eight people (4 people preferred) but house offers accommodations for an additional 20 if needed. Chef and maid services available. Conference facilities including full bar available for meetings and/or large meals. Recreational equipment is available free of charge on site. Internet access is available throughout the estate with wireless connection capabilities.Haus Sonnenlehen is nestled in a valley surrounded by majestic mountains. The property is approximately 2 acres (over 7500 square meters), with manicured grounds, babbling brook, sculptures, full soccer field size yards with property line being defined by native hedges and pine trees. Parking for up to 5 vehicles is available. Town swimming pool available for low rates throughout summer is within 5 minutes walking from estate, approximately 60 meters.
The property is located within 10 miles (18 kilometers) to Salzburg, Austria. The house is approximately 800 years old and is filled with antiques and history with each turn you take. The property has full Internet and 2 living rooms with DVDs, full music set-ups, and big screen televisions. The front yard is almost the size of a soccer field. The property is ideal in winter time for Olympic class skiing within 40 minutes drive, bob sledding, tobogganing, and other winter sports are available throughout the region. In summer, there is an Olympic size pool within walking distance and literally 100s of miles of walking and biking trails. The third floor of the house has been fully renovated to include a 2nd kitchen and full bath with jacuzzi tub. The 1st and 2nd floor retain the original charm of the home. Each bedroom is different in size and many come with a private balcony. All balconies on the property have been redone and accommodate various number of people.
There are many different restaurants, bakers, butchers, and food centers available in town. A major shopping mall is only miles away. Daily deleivery of fresh baked goods ios available from the the local baker in town. Butcher will make custom platters and all barbecue meats are available. We offer a brand new bar-b-que and seating for up to 20 people on our front porch.
Salzburg area mountain and lake regions are all within short driving distances and make perfect day trips. We are available to help plan your itinerary and help make suggestions. Munich, Germany is only one and one half hour drive from the house as well. Many castles are also within short driving distances, but we have our own town castle, Plainburg, which is a fifteen minute walk from the house.

Any rental offering shall be addressed by the concerned Host to the Guests.
If You request a booking for an accommodation You are interested in, You will be asked to provide Your credit card information and billing address. HouseTrip will obtain a pre-authorization on Your credit card for the total amount of Your request to ensure that You have the necessary amount of funds available to cover the transaction, but will not charge Your card at that time. If Your booking is accepted by the Host for the dates set forth in your request, the payment process described under para. 8 will apply.
If You provide Us with a confirmation from the Host that Your booking has been duly cancelled, HouseTrip will return the advanced payment provided for under para. 8.b; provided, however, that such cancellation occurs up to three days prior to the beginning of Your stay as agreed upon in the booking confirmation. No refunds will be provided after this deadline by HouseTrip. Furthermore, Our fees are non-refundable. You will be solely responsible to solve any dispute arising out of or related to the stay directly with the Host.

Termination

Invalidity
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to reflect the intent of the parties.

ANY CONTROVERSY, CLAIM OR DISPUTE BETWEEN A USER AND HOUSETRIP ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COUR CIVILE DU TRIBUNAL CANTONAL VAUDOIS IN LAUSANNE, AND EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH COURT. |
